THE PROCESS

The first step is yours to take! Enrol now and be taken through our selection process. Here we will see if you are the right fit for The Common School. A lot of the program will rely on your proactiveness and initiative. It’s your success as much as it is ours! It will also be a good way for you to understand what we are about and if you are still ready to start your journey!

The next step involves making you competent in your field. You will go through a Google certification which will give you everything you need to know to get into your career. Whilst you are learning you will be getting hands on with the relevant software you will need. A lot of Jobs require you know specific tools so this will be vital in landing that first job!

This is where we stand out above others! The issue with most courses and programs is that they give you the certification but that’s it! Where we differ is that we are also able to provide you working experience. Either working for ourselves or working with one of our start up network. This is a great way to showcase your knowledge and skill in real world environments. In this stage we also help you build your LinkedIn and your very own website. On that website you’ll be able to set up your portfolio with all your projects, giving your employers a deeper look into you as a person and the work you’ve done! If that wasn’t good enough as it is, we don’t stop there! We pride ourselves in focusing on you as an induvial and not just as a commodity so, in this stage we will also be preparing you for adulthood. This means teaching you the basics of how money works, how to budget, save and invest, how to move out of your parents home, how to buy your first car and many more!

This is the part we all look forward too! At this stage you should be ready to land your first job. We will help you create your CV and help you apply. We will also coach you through the interview stages. We will keep going until you get that job! And when you do… we celebrate!

  • 'Pay early, pay less' plan

    Pay upfront in a one lump sum payment and save 50% of tuition. No additional costs or hidden fees.

    UK: £4,500 GBP

    'Pay as you go' plan

    Pay tuition in 24 monthly instalments and save 40% of the full amount. No additional costs or hidden fees.

    UK: £5,400 GBP

    ‘Pay after you get hired’ plan

    Pay once you get paid. 36 monthly instalments.

    UK: £9,000 GBP

  • Regardless of the plan you select, you won't incur any charges until 30 days after the program commences. Within the initial 30 days, you have the freedom to cancel without any inquiries.

    Payment will only begin once you secure a job. From that moment onward, you will be required to make monthly payments, for a maximum of 36 instalments, until your tuition is completely covered. Or stop start up to 5 years from completing the program. Rest assured, there are no extra expenses or undisclosed fees involved.

    Payments are charged either on a credit card or directly from your wages. A payslip will need to be sent every 4 months to make sure we are not under or over charging.

  • Once you have selected a payment plan and completed the enrollment process, we will request your credit card information. However, rest assured that you will not be charged until the initial 30 days of your program have elapsed.

    From the moment you enrol at The Common School, you become an official student. However, if you decide for any reason that you do not wish to continue, you have the option to cancel within those first 30 days. This gives you the opportunity to fully experience a month of learning and determine if the program aligns with your expectations, without incurring any costs.

    This approach allows all our students to familiarize themselves with the program and feel confident that The Common School is the right choice for them, minimizing the risk involved.

    During your studies, the only upfront payment required is a one-time nominal Commitment Fee of £100 GBP. This fee will only be charged after the initial 30 days of your program and will be deducted from your total tuition cost. Once again, if you decide within the first 30 days that the program is not suitable for you, you will not be charged, and no explanations are necessary.

    Throughout every stage of your journey, you will receive our unwavering and unrestricted support until you secure employment. A dedicated team will be by your side, collaborating closely with you to ensure our common objective of helping you land a job is achieved.

  • Payment for tuition will commence solely once you surpass the minimum income threshold (£22k) in your newly acquired job.

    In the event that you are not hired for a position that offers a salary exceeding the minimum income threshold, you will not be obligated to make any payments.

    However, as a prerequisite for enrolling in The Common School program, you will be required to confirm your intent to actively seek a full-time job in the chosen career path (or a related field) immediately upon graduation.

  • We strive to provide comprehensive support as you embark on your new career journey. Each individual receives dedicated assistance from our team to ensure successful completion of the program.

    However, we understand that circumstances may arise, causing you to be unable to complete the program as planned. In such cases, the amount you are required to pay will depend on the duration of your participation:

    If you withdraw within the initial four weeks of the program, no payment will be necessary.

    If you withdraw after the first month, a portion of the tuition will be required, as outlined below:

    After one month, 25% of the tuition will be due.

    After two months, 50% of the tuition will be due.

    If you complete three months or more of the program, the total tuition amount will be due.

    Please note that even if you do not complete the program, payments will still be required in up to 36 monthly instalments until the outstanding tuition is paid, contingent upon your successful employment.
